Do I need to be present for the pick-up?
No, but it’s a good idea.
We do not require you or a company representative to be present at the time of a project or collection. Many times collocation representatives or building management team members will be able to coordinate with our on-site teams.
That being said our crews will remove all and only items that they are directed to. Keeping this in mind, someone at the client site will have to be given ultimate responsibility for what is disposed of and required to sign off on the shipment of goods.
