How do I schedule a pickup?

Email, call, or customized scheduling.

When working with IT AMG you will be given direct access to a trained and knowledgeable Account Manager that will schedule services over whatever communication channel you prefer. Typically our clients prefer to hammer out the details and confirmations over emails, however a good deal of times a quick call can prove to be the most effective option, especially for services that may have technical scopes or logistics obstacles. 

We can also provide custom scheduling options, shared support email, and web portal scheduling for clients that choose to implement a master service level agreement. 

If you’re looking to schedule a pickup we probably covered these items already, but just in case make sure your Account Manager has the following info:

1- Provide any insurance / COI requirements your building may have (check with facilities / building management for requirements).

2- Please confirm if there is a loading dock and if there are any trucking height or other restrictions to access dock.

3- Provide point of contact with cell number or the best way to reach the contact on day of service.

4- Please note that IT AMG employees can never use stairs to move equipment and will need access to ramps or lifts unless otherwise already arranged. Please confirm access to elevators where applicable.
