So I think we have a duty as it asset disposal professionals to do a better job of educating our customers on the importance of safeguarding their organizations from loss and theft of it assets, particularly laptops, or at in particular danger of loss or theft. A huge percentage depending on what study you look at, around 25% comes back pretty regularly that assets never make it to the to the grave in that life cycle because they’re either lost or stolen. As ITAD professionals, it’s probably one of the biggest things that affects our bottom line that we don’t regularly think about because it’s a bit out of our control. I do think as an industry we can help lower that number by encouraging customers to put in some of the best practices in asset management, physical and logical security, employee awareness, training, incident response, all those things. If our customers are doing all those better and deterring theft and loss, and lowering the rate of theft and loss of assets, those are more assets that end up in the ITAD world and space and creates more revenue for our businesses.
