So not every IT refurbisher is built the same. At IT Asset Management Group, we have sourced our share of refurbished products from our competitors and have regularly received products that do not meet our standards. We even purchased some laptops from one of the largest refurbishers in the world. And there were french fries stuck into USB drives. So when we refurbish products, we mean that we’re looking to get the equipment to look brand new, like this machine here.
We package it correctly; we test it and load the operating system. So, when we sell refurbished equipment, it is certified refurbished equipment with minimum one year, no questions asked warranty. This separates us from a lot of the competitors out there that are selling used scratch and dent equipment and marketing it as actually certified refurbished equipment.
