In the ITED industry, we commonly see customers stick with their providers when their basic needs are being met. While this loyalty is great for customer retention, it makes it hard to win over customers from providers that may not meet the high standards that we have. So how do we attract new customers? Largely through customer referrals, and when our contacts move from one company to another and champion us as a new provider over a provider that may be dropping the ball a little bit.
A lot of these referrals are thanks to how well our on-site crews platform in both moving equipment out of data centers and throughout the office, as well as providing onsite data destruction services. Customers consistently praise our thoroughness and professionalism while on site. We also provide excellent data back to our customers.
Our detailed reports ensure customers are able to adhere to compliance requirements, as well as take assets off the books and ensure that they’re financially sound. Ultimately, we win a lot of new business by providing high value returns on the equipment getting liquidated out of our customer sites.
