We recently got a review from a new customer, and I wanted to read it here. It says, “The whole process was a great experience. Getting price quote was quick and simple. Scheduling was easy. Pickup crew was on time. Efficient. We have used other eRecycling companies before, but ITMG is the best by far. Thank you.”
One, getting reviews like this is just fantastic to see. We get a lot of positive reviews, but this one really stood out on me because it touched so many things that customers typically care about. From the very start, the first touch with the customer was, “Hey, I have these items. I need a proposal for disposing of them.” They felt the process was fast and simple. Then from there, scheduling was easy. We worked with an agent that was competent and scheduled. Then the crew shows up and they’re on time and they’re efficient.
So yes, everything goes right. Does everything always go right? Probably not. We all know life does not work perfectly. For the most part, we’re checking these boxes off with customers regularly. These are the things that the customers seem to value the most. The sustainability that’s built into our service, the data destruction and data protection items that are built into our service, ESG reporting, all these things are very important for us to be capable to do, but those are just built into the service. I think the things that make us exceed and lead in our industry is our customer focus, that every touch point with the customer needs to go as perfectly as possible.
