When people are looking for an ITAD company, when you go to their website, the services are going to be very similar. The certifications, the different things that they can do on site, what the compliance reporting looks like, the ESG support. But what has really helped us in the 25 years that we’ve been doing this is simply word of mouth. People making recommendations to other people that they know to say, Hey, if you have this project going on, these are the people that you should be talking to. We recently got a survey response where somebody said that ITMG has been an exceptional partner in the past, and I’ve recommended them to other parts in my organization when the occasion arose, and I’ve even occasionally recommended them to third parties.
