I think as a manager, the most important thing is to empower people with knowledge and empower people with the tools that they need to successfully do their job and to make people feel like they can do their job well and independently and represent not just themselves, but the organization. Because by doing that, by giving people that knowledge, I think it also helps cultivate growth for that person within an organization. I think that’s another thing that we really try to do, I across the board at IT Management Group is we try to make sure that we’re giving people opportunities to grow into the organization. I know that there are different roles that we have today that when I started eight years ago, they weren’t even something that we thought of eight years ago. Then as we grew as a company, we realized we had these specific needs. And then we’ve discovered that we had the exact right people for those positions already working here. And they had already displayed that they knew enough role, they knew enough about the industry, and they were performing at a very high level that it just made a natural fit to promote that person into that role so that they could grow just as we did as a company.
