IT Asset Disposition is a service that everyone ultimately needs. Everyone in their day-to-day business life utilizes some type of electronic device to accomplish their role at their company. In a market like this, there’s a lot of competition, and everyone nowadays is carrying a lot of the same certifications, whether or not we’re talking about R2 or we’re talking about NAID or RIOS or some other industry certification that backs up the services that they provide. It’s more about the customer experience, the relationships. Everyone is bringing similar solutions, so what’s the differentiator? What makes you different from everyone else? Sometimes it’s about going that extra mile for people, trying to walk a mile in their shoes and understanding what are their pain points, what’s important to them, why does this need to be accomplished, trying to help people out of situations that they need assistance with. A lease might be ending and they need us there in a handful of business days so that this way they can meet a project schedule. About that experience, those relationships that I think really distinguish us from other providers.
