Frank has been a driving force at IT Asset Management Group, where he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. With over 15 years of dedicated service, Frank’s strategic leadership has been instrumental in overseeing the company’s expansion and enhancing its core offerings in IT asset disposal, data center decommissioning, data destruction, and maximizing value recovery for decommissioned IT assets and hardware.
Before ascending to his current role in October 2021, Frank significantly grew the company’s market presence as a Partner and earlier as Vice President of Account Management. His efforts ensured that clients received top-notch consultations and services in IT asset disposition and data destruction, always emphasizing fairness, professionalism, and exceeding client expectations.
Frank’s expertise is backed by a NAID Certified Secure Destruction Specialist credential, earned in 2019, underscoring his comprehensive knowledge in security protocols vital for protecting sensitive information during asset disposal. His writings and insights have been featured in notable industry publications like E-Scrap News and Stay Safe Online, as well as through appearances on the CISO Series podcast.
In his current leadership role, Frank is responsible for managing all facets of operations, including warehousing, logistics, compliance, and service delivery. He champions employee development and training, supporting his teams in achieving operational excellence. His commitment to growth and quality service is also evident in his initiative to enhance customer engagement through regular video updates, providing transparency and fostering trust in ITAMG’s processes.
