I think a component of that, it comes down to policies and procedures, not just for the ITAD vendor, but also for the company that’s releasing the assets. And one of the things that across the board seems to help mitigate some of that is having controlling parties, by having people who are responsible for the ITAB program, gatekeepers, if you will, of the request that are coming in from all of the end users so that this way they can go through that internal checks and balances. Have you done A, B, and C before you’ve now reached out to the ITAB vendor to begin that process of releasing those assets to them.

Frank Milia, Chief Operating Officer
Yeah, and those gatekeepers are also going to ensure that the users are using preferred vendors, using vendors that have gone through the due diligence program that are contracted. If you have various sites with various IT managers executing disposals all over the place, what are the checks and balances to make sure that they’re going through the process? It’s not going to happen unless there’s a stakeholder that’s assigned as responsible for making sure the company policies are met during the time of disposal.
