I think it’s important in any business to cultivate a culture where people feel that they can raise their hand and say, I see a problem, here’s potentially a solution. So I’d like to think that we’ve fostered that environment in our company, whether it’s on the floor in processing or in the technical positions of the company or in sales and account management for people to say, I’ve identified an issue. I believe that this is a way to solve it is ideal, or I’m struggling with this. I need training in this. I think management could do a better job providing training in this specific part of my position. So I think if a company wants to innovate, they have to find the problems that they need to be working on going to find those only if you have teams that feel like they’re not going to be scolded for bringing up problems, but that they’re going to be rewarded. And that reward might be simply being trained on how to solve that problem.
