What do I need to get a hard drive shredding quote?

To provide a hard drive shredding quote we need the type, quantity, and location of the hard drives you need destroyed. Be sure to include if drives will need to be pulled from systems or if they will be loose and ready for service.

Hard drive shredding quotes are typically quick and easy to develop. The price point for media destruction is volume based so historical data or current project size will be key to lock in the most economical rates possible. 

If you’re able to consolidate a large amount of media for a single purge this may be more cost effective than scheduling regular small shredding project. That being said, one must consider the security risk of storing electronic media that contains sensitive data. 

Our hard drive destruction quotes are all inclusive of serialized reporting and certificates of destruction. The quote will not include any special site restrictions or on-site service levels such as removal of drives from internal machines unless we are notified of such.
