Service Questions
When will I receive certificate of destruction and reporting?
Our standard is 45 days from day of collection.
We typically provide detailed asset reports and certificate of destruction and recycling 45 days after on-site services are delivered. Service levels can be defined and customized to your organization’s needs.
Please keep in mind we need time to perform the detailed inventory, testing, recycling, data destruction, and update data across each step of the process.
Many times the release of reports is tied to the sales and financial returns associated with the sale of equipment. Some equipment lots may take longer to sell than others causing delays to the release of reports. If you need your disposal data without financial reconciliations, speak with your Account Manager as it may be possible to provide some basic data ahead of the scheduled release of data and certificates.
